No Gods, No Masters, Only Food

So, I'm a big McElroy fan. And I keep going back to this one skit in particular.

I ended up making this poster that I am surprisingly proud of.

Utskrivbare julekort Nasjonalbiblioteket har lagt ut ein heil haug med julekort. Mange av desse korta er falt i det fri og kan brukast av kven som helst. For nokre år sidan tok eg meg bryet med å avskjere dei bileta eg likte best for å kunne skrive dei ut og bruke til mine eigne julehelsingar. Dette er ikkje alle bileta som nasjonalbiblioteket hadde lagt ut då og dei har lagt ut mange fleire i ettertid so eg annbefalar på det sterkaste å ta ein kikk på julekorta på heimesida deira om du ikkje fann eit du likte her men då må du ta deg bryet med skjere av til kunn kortet sjølv.  Nasjonalbibliotekets Julekort  kan du finne her.

Four basic food Groups

If you ask me for my favourite Disney Movie. My answer would be Atlantis: The Lost Empire. In the Canon of Disney Movies, it is largely a forgotten gem. It didn't do well in the box-office and received mixed reviews by critics. I however love it. The cast is diverse and fun, the story is riveting and the design is absolutely breathtaking! If you want me to give you my favourite part of the movie, I'd probably give you a a six hour play-by play of the movie in it's entirety with reference to Design choices and background of each character, but one of the highlights would be Cookie's list of the four basic food groups ehich you can see in this  clip from Atlantis Beans, Bacon, Whisky And Lard. Whenever I'm in a conversation about healthy eating a small part of my brain is occupied with looking for a way to put this quote in.
